Session Description:

Each year, We Here plans a sharing session or panel discussion centered on a specific topic for the current cohort in its mentorship program, We Together. One of the popular topics that folks shared interest in is career progression. As a member of the We Here community and a noted mentor in librarianship, I was invited to be a panelist.
